**Discover your exciting role**:

- We are looking for the Senior Vice President Project Delivery of our Global Business Unit (GBU) BioPharma and Life Sciences (BLS). As Senior Vice President, you will be at the forefront of the strategic leadership of our organization, overseeing project delivery, fostering a „find a way” mindset and leading collaboration across the functional and company resources within the Group. You will play a key role in driving competitiveness and Operational Excellence in our BLS Project Business.

**Explore your tasks and responsibilities**:

- Conduct monthly reviews, audits and in-depth analysis to ensure timely project completion
- Drive project delivery within budget, on time and to the highest quality standards
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for commercial and procurement activitiess
- Use your expertise in project delivery models such as AE/EP, EPCM, EPC, D/B, IPD, etc. to strategically optimize project delivery strategies to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Promote the adoption of alternative technical and engineering solutions, including OSM, modular, turnkey, etc. to improve project outcomes and streamline processes
- Create and maintain a highly collaborative environment, ensuring seamless coordination between Global Business Units (GBU) and Regional Business Units (RBU) to improve project execution and delivery
- Establish effective liaison and coordination with Business Units to ensure alignment with corporate standards and objectives
- Oversee the implementation of Management and Technical Management Systems (MMS, TMS) to streamline project management processes and improve operational efficiency
- Manage and coach assigned staff, providing guidance, development opportunities and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement

**Show your expertise**:

- Bachelor's or master’s degree in engineering, construction management or related field
- 15+ years' experience in advanced manufacturing (life sciences, Biotech, electronics)
- Proven expertise in Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management (EPCM) or EPC environments
- Strong leadership in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) practices within the Life Sciences industry
- Demonstrated ability to lead and successfully deliver projects
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries
- Track record of business development activities and supporting organizational growth initiatives
- Experience of effectively managing customer and stakeholder relationships
- Specific experience in key technical areas such as biopharma, fill/finish, clean utilities, etc. will be an advantage in fulfilling the responsibilities of the role
- Ability to effectively communicate complex issues to a variety of stakeholders in English
