DESCRIPTION

Decypher is seeking a Document Support Services associate to support George C. Marshall European Center for Security Studies (GCMC) Garmisch-Partenkirchen, Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administers the GCMC Knowledge Management Portal to ensure records are easily accessible when required in accordance with documented policies and SOPs.
- Tracks and reviews documents for expiration and ensures they are addressed in accordance with documented policies and SOPs.
- Prepares support documentation and training materials for end users of the GCMC Knowledge Portal, and trouble-shoots problems in accessing electronic content.
- Assists in the development of document or content classification taxonomies to facilitate information capture, search, and retrieval.
- Proposes recommendations for improving document management system capabilities.

**Requirements**:

- One year of Document Support Experience

Ability to commute/relocate:

- 82467 Garmisch-Partenkirchen: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
