- Flexible- Fulltime (100%)- ab sofort**JUNIOR MARKETING AUTOMATION SPECIALIST (F/M/D)**:
Our Marketing Operations Department is responsable for overseeing the tools, data and automations used by the Marketing team. As a Junior Marketing Automation Specialist, you will be involved in the management of the marketing automation platforms (Account management and Marketing Cloud) to fully leverage their capabilities. You will collaborate with the Head of CRM, with the management of marketing automation processes, supporting the design and lead the build of our digital campaigns, ensuring we maximise the use of technology without over complicating the build and delivery. This full-time position can be filled in our Berlin office or remotely within Europe.
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Understand and evaluate campaign metrics and distribute campaign performance to the marketing team.
- Work with management to create reporting and analyse campaign performance. Create recommendations to improve campaigns continuously.
- Manage marketing automation efforts and processes, proactively researching and implementing the latest best practices, strategies, and industry standards
- Plan and perform A/B testing to define and execute enhancements to productivity, conversion rates, programs/campaign ROI, and sales growth
- Support essential marketing operations initiatives such as managing the lead lifecycle, lead scoring, lead nurturing, segmentation, and data cleansing
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- Working knowledge of all the Salesforce marketing tools
- Must have English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and self-motivated with a sense of urgency
- Capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under supervision
- Able to think critically and exercise independent judgment and discretion
- Excellent attention to detail
- Some HTML knowledge is a plus
