Senior Research Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Senior Research Operations Specialist (f/m/d) to join our UX Research Team in Logistics. Your main goal is to help take our products to the next level through processes, user panels, and tools that help us do more and even better UX Research.

Logistics is the engine that ensures orders get to restaurants and food to customers. It is at the heart of bringing hot delicious meals to customers in the fastest possible way. We build mobile apps, and products for riders, vendors, internal product users as well as customer support teams.

You are a reliable, proactive, organized, multi-tasking person with a proven record of top-notch execution. You can perform even in the face of ambiguity and you can strike a balance between careful planning, empathy for stakeholders, and the ability to get things done in a global complex business setting.

This role will be ideally based in Berlin or within Germany.

**Your mission**:

- Play a key role in shaping and executing the Research Ops initiatives focused on optimizing and scaling UX Research.
- Autonomously lead and monitor the Research Ops project plans, schedules, and metrics. Flag and respond to resource issues, blockers, and potential delays.
- Proactively and regularly assess UX Research Ops processes. Follow through with improvement strategies and documentation upkeep.
- Recommend and implement best practices for project implementation within the UX Research Team.
- With the UX Research Team Lead, establish and monitor operational metrics.
- Execute and improve the team’s communication strategy to socialize UX Research better across the company.
- Provide administrative support to the UXR Team where necessary.

**Your heroic skills**:

- 3+ years of managing or coordinating projects, preferably in a tech or any fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized, experienced in prioritizing multiple projects of varying complexity in parallel.
- Great communication skills and a strong collaboration mindset.
- Data-driven decision-making and a get things done attitude.
- Previous experience as Project Manager/Coordinator for research projects is an advantage.
- Great understanding of the user research execution process, tools, and methodologies is a plus.
- Experience in establishing and tracking operational metrics is an advantage.
- Fluency in English.
