Our team of 200 professionals is located across Europe, with a strong presence in Berlin, Cologne, Frankfurt (headquarters), Hamburg and Seville. This is a multi-national company, > 80 bn. € sales, world market leader, with high growth and innovation potential for what we do together. - Highly inspiring, innovative and **entrepreneurial environment**: - ** Once in a lifetime opportunity **to grow a new business together with a top-notch multi-national company and the skilled and experienced Cocomore team - ** Team spirit and start-up atmosphere **while working in a well-run organization for one of the world's biggest companies - ** Competitive compensation **plus the perspective of a share in the company **What you will contribute**: - You are the entrepreneur of the business unit, developing the business with our client and continuously building the team - You consult to national and international executives of our client in strategic, operating and budget questions - You initiate and oversee mission-critical digital project you unit realizes for the client. - You have full responsibility for the growth and profit of the business unit - You pro-actively lead our relationship with the client as entrepreneurial digital expert - You collaborate closely with the other Cocomore units to ensure knowledge sharing, operating synergies and the best possible client service **What you need to bring**: - University degree with very good results - Successful experience in consulting to clients and developing a fruitful business with them - Proven track-record in first-class analytical and conceptual work, e.g. in consulting or research - At least three years of successful professional experience with a consultancy or agency with digital focus, preferably related to marketing or IT - Experience in an entrepreneurial role in a start-up, which may have been successful or not - Entrepreneurial mind with a high degree of self-motivation and self-organization as well as the capability to set up new organizations, structures and processes - Outstanding leadership and social competency as well as strong communication skills - Excellent English and German (both spoken and written)
