We are seeking for a team-orientated and highly motivated **Minijober
- Ordering, logistics, documentation and Administration**(M/F/d) to join our international team.

**Job Description** Your Responsibilities**:

- Monitor laboratory supplies and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment, proper storage and ordering ensuring consistent stock availability.
- Accurately document data, manage incoming deliveries, input deliveries into the inventory system using barcode scanning to ensure efficient stock management and maintain orderly records.
- Handle administrative tasks related to ordering; seek alternative suppliers and better offers, track order statuses, communicate with vendors regarding orders, delivery schedules, and any related issues to ensure smooth supply chain operations,
- Prepare packages, organize shipments and assist with customs release documentation.

**Qualifications**
- Currently enrolled student, preferably with an interest in biology, life sciences, or a related field.
- Good command of German and English (spoken and written). English is the official language in the company.
- Reliable, well-organized, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexible and willing to take on varied tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience in a laboratory or basic knowledge of laboratory procedures is a plus, but not required.
