Challenges you will tackle:
  • Organization and coordination of daily office operations
  • Management and ordering of consumables for various locations as well as overseeing maintenance activities
  • Organization of travel, events, and company functions
  • Support in the development and implementation of PR strategies
  • Writing and editing press releases, newsletters, and social media posts
  • Management of the corporate website and social media channels
  • Creation of presentations, corporate image, and informational materials
  • Support in internal communications management
Qualifications that convince us:
  • Completed commercial/administrative training or equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in public relations, marketing, or communications
  • Confident handling of MS Office and knowledge of common social media tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (German & English)
  • Organizational talent, strong communication skills, and team spirit
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Creativity and a good sense for language, brand presence and visual communication
