Genai Training Specialist

**Team**:
This role is part of the Enablement & Academy team, responsible for empowering customers, partners, internal teams, and the research community to succeed with Aleph Alpha’s technology. As **GenAI Training Specialist**, you will design, deliver, and scale face-to-face training programs that drive adoption of our AI solutions across both business and technical user groups at our customers and partners.

You will work closely with our Customer Success Managers (CSMs) to implement scalable training models, such as train-the-trainer programs, ensuring our customers and partners are equipped to maximize value from Aleph Alpha’s products.

**Your responsibilities**:
**Training Program Design & Delivery**
- Design and deliver high-quality, engaging, and hands-on face-to-face training sessions for diverse audiences, including knowledge workers, business users, AI engineers, and IT administrators
- Tailor training content and delivery methods to the specific needs and skill levels of business and technical participants

**Customer Adoption & Enablement**
- Partner with CSMs to embed training as a core driver of large-scale customer adoption
- Develop scalable training models, including train-the-trainer programs, customer champion networks, and community-building initiatives

**End-to-End Training Execution**
- Own the full training lifecycle - from needs assessment and agenda design to delivery, follow-up, and impact measurement
- Coordinate logistics for in-person sessions, including venue, materials, and participant communication

**Collaboration & Content Alignment**
- Work closely with Learning Experience Designers and Product teams to ensure training content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with product capabilities and customer use cases
- Gather feedback from learners and stakeholders to continuously refine training approaches

**Measurement & Impact**
- Define KPIs for training success, track participant engagement, and measure knowledge retention and adoption impact
- Report on outcomes and recommended enhancements to maximize customer value and product adoption

**Your profile**:

- ** Training Facilitation Expertise**:Proven experience designing and delivering engaging in-person training for both business and technical audiences, ideally in a technology or SaaS context
- Familiarity with technical environments relevant to AI engineers and IT administrators is a plus
- ** Customer-Centric Mindset**:Skilled at translating customer needs into impactful training solutions that drive business outcomes
- ** Scalable Training Approaches**:Experience implementing train-the-trainer models and building learning communities within customer organizations
- ** Strong Collaboration Skills**:Ability to work cross-functionally with Customer Success, Product, and Learning teams to deliver seamless customer experiences
- ** Communication Skills**:Excellent facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English; German is a plus
- ** Organized & Results-Oriented**:Strong project management skills to handle multiple training programs simultaneously while maintaining high quality
