**Continuous Improvement Specialist (M/F/d)**:

As a Continuation Improvement Specialist, you will be establishing and maintaining a continuous improvement culture in ABB, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodology, and creating transparency to monitor progress. Reporting to the Head of IMS-Quality und HSE Management & Infrastructure, you will typically be implementing continuous improvement projects in the local organization and/or mastering multiple projects.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Executing continuous improvement and strategy deployment and working with other CI leaders to standardize processes
- and develop best practices
- Working in cross-functional teams to execute the strategy and escalate as necessary to remove roadblocks
- Identifying key team members in each function to support projects within the location, and encourage key individuals to
- develop their skills

- Understanding the organization’s vision, objectives and needs, and suggesting projects, actions and tools to achieve

- Providing organization-wide visibility of the current portfolio of continuous improvement efforts, and tracking progress and
- value from these efforts
- Providing training and coaching to people and teams so that they are better equipped to drive their improvement efforts

- Driving transformational projects with a hands-on (“gemba”) and problem-solving approach

**Your background**:

- 1 year of experience in Continuous Improvement, Lean Management and benchmarking
- In-depth knowledge of process management
- Knowledge of MS Office, Quam (Smarter Pro), SharePoint, SAP ECC PP A collaborative
- Degree in Industrial Engineering and Management
- German and English spoken and written
