**Job Description Summary**: In this role, you will be a member of the European Scientific and Training Support Organization, an international team with strong scientific and training backgrounds and a high commitment to support our customers.

The position reports to the Manager European Scientific and Training Support Center Heidelberg.

The job is office-based in Heidelberg, partial remote work from home is possible.

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**
- You give customer presentations, webinars, workshops, seminars, product
- and instrument demonstrations.
- You contribute to European or global support projects.
- You support marketing and sales by assisting in new product launches and marketing activities.

**Training**
- You will contribute to the creation and maintenance of training content.
- You will assist in organizing and maintaining the operations of the European Training Center in Heidelberg.

**General tasks**
- You will capture, maintain, and document all customer data and customer interactions in the appropriate CRM systems and databases.
- You participate in the creation and maintenance of the knowledge database.
- You support an intensive cooperation and exchange with the various functions of the BD organization.
- You acquire new business contacts within the scope of support activities, passing on leads to the sales organization.
- You contribute to simplify and improve system and business processes for growing efficiency and customer satisfaction.

**Your profile**:

- You have a master’s degree or PhD/MD in biological or medical sciences or an equivalent life sciences related field combined with experience in immunology and flow cytometry.
- You have practical laboratory hands-on experience in the use of flow cytometry. You can design, perform, and analyze a multiparameter flow cytometry experiment, including setting up accurate controls and adjusting instrument settings.
- You are proficient in English and German. Any additional language is a plus.
- You understand yourself as a service provider, have goal-oriented thinking and effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- You are committed to provide your customers the best possible support to ensure customer success.
- You are professional, friendly, and courteous in your interaction with customers and have a high social competence in dealing with colleagues at different levels.
- You have the capability to work in autonomy, with high team spirit and in a multicultural environment.
