The Senior Specialist with us will give you an in-depth insight into how we improve and re-evaluate the purchasing and supply chain activities of our company. The position offers you a chance to gain experience from the automotive industry and to enrich your knowledge of supply chain processes for the world’s market leader within the field of premium exhaust trims.

As a Sr. Specialist in the TAJCO Group you will join the organization with a truly global presence.

**Your key responsibilities will be**:
Develop Strategic Procurement to support NPD and Business Development
- Purchasing at category level in a group set-up
- Spend and Market analysis
- Supplier market analysis
- Supplier and Material Scouting
- Negotiation
- Conclusion of contract / agreement
- Supplier evaluation
- Supplier Risk Management
- Supplier development
- Optimization of procurement processes
- Networking and development internally and externally, cross-organizational and internationally

**About you**:
As a person and professional, you are analytical, outgoing, structured, and self-driven. You have a good cultural understanding, excellent collaboration skills and are persistent but patient. You are competitive by nature, driven by goals and positively inspire an environment of high performance. You are analytical and have a structured approach of solving tasks.

**We expect **that you are skilled at establishing strong relations externally and internally across a global organisation, and that you use these skills to push for changes when they are needed. You have ability to building strong relationships with important suppliers, supplier development, negotiations skills and presentation skills. You hold a Degree in Business Management, Economic or Mechanical/Material Engineering, and that you speak and write German and English fluently.

You have solid Microsoft Office skills and experience working with ERP systems, preferably Axapta (not a requirement).

You have at least a couple of years working experience working as Specialist at Procurement or in a similar role. You have work experience from sourcing and purchasing worldwide, Supplier Chain, risk management, forecasting, benchmarking and cost analysing.

You are experienced in the automotive manufacturing industry and experience within metal working, press tools and chrome plating will be an advantage.
