**What this job is about**:
Working alongside the Head of Expansion and the Senior Leadership Team, you'll play a vital role in making our B2B business a
success by formulating and executing a strategy for growing our sales, building and growing our in-Country presence and team
and ultimately leading as Head of an important new region for the company.
**Job Key Responsibilities**:
- Consistently Deliver sales and meet/exceed the agreed sales targets.
- Lead on the developing and executing the country sales strategy.
- Build a strong and consistent sales pipeline for the market.
- Grow the Country Sales team as needed to successfully deliver on targets over time.
- Conduct detailed market research to support the process.
- Be the local culture and language expert sharing insights with internal stakeholders and helping marketing to create
local strategies for boosting our brand in the country.
- Key Account management on strategic customers and partners
- Regular reporting to the wider sales team and Leadership Team on Progress, sales and activity pipeline
- Responsible for maintaining the sales pipeline using Seez CRM methodology.
- Collaborate with product management to align product development and positioning with market needs and revenue
objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, including Partners, dealers, importers and
industry experts.
- Support the business on automotive related events by attending on behalf of the organization helping to generate
and create connections.
**What you’ll bring to the party (Must haves)**:
- Fluency in German and English mandatory
- Previous experience as a Head of Sales or a similar senior position in a SaaS B2B business - preferable if in an
automotive related business (OEM, Importer, Dealer Group, Industry provider, etc.)
- Strong automotive network including C-level contacts from bigger automotive retail players - preferable
- Ability to work under pressure in a target driven environment.
- Maintain strong attention to detail and have excellent communication skills both internal and externally.
- Ability to transform product features into a proper sales pitch and communicate it accordingly.
- Strong decision-making skills, making high-judgment decisions at a rapid pace.
