**Senior Product Manager, Search & Refinement**
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high profile team within the wider customer pillar.
This role is in the Search & Refinement team in the Search Results area of the apps and web. You will be responsible for helping customers find what they are really hungry for. You'll build team's strategy and roadmap. You'll enhance customer experience and improve are all the ways customers can refine their search results, including Filters, Cuisines, Sorting, Text search and Dish and Grocery Search.

**All about the role**
This is an exceptional opportunity to join a high profile team responsible for driving forward the search & refinement strategy at JET, for creating the capabilities that all customer love across all multiple countries and platforms. You will be the Senior Product Manager for this critical user experience capability. Refinement capabilities are not only loved by users, but are also powerful trading levers. Your goal will be to innovate and improve the user experience and the underlying foundations, so that customers could tuck into their takeaway quicker.

As part of this varied role, we're also counting on you to:

- Identify new opportunities and problem spaces, to develop the vision, roadmap and backlog to deliver maximum business impact while always putting the user at the center of everything you do.
- Manage the Product Roadmap and Backlog for two development teams in the S&R remit
- Set and measure KPIs to track overall health of the product and the performance of new features you have released. Using data to inform continual iterations and enhancements
- Communicate clearly with your stakeholders throughout the product development process and managing expectations.
- Work collaboratively with Security, Legal, Risk teams and participate in forums and steercos responsible for fraud risk management across the business
- Coach and mentor other team members at Just Eat Takeaway.

**Can you deliver?**
Here's what we're looking for from our Senior Product Manager, Search and Refinement expert
- A clear understanding and practical experience of product management discipline - discovery, vision, strategy, roadmap, prioritisation, and agile development
- Experience setting a clear vision and plan, whilst also being hands-on and close to the detail
- Will bring the right balance of strategic versus tactical work needed in a high growth, technology-focused environment
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, and delivery counterparts to deliver products/services
- Track record of excellent stakeholder management and engagement
- Evidence knowledge of how to build a great team environment in partnership with engineers and other cross-functional colleagues Incorporate data, research and market analysis to inform product strategies and roadmaps
- Display strong leadership, organisational and execution skills
- Empathy and integrity in dealing with others and the ability to handle ambiguous and complex problems
- Good communicator - Clear, succinct written and verbal communication internally and externally (in English)
- Strengths in problem-solving, issue-resolution and attention to detail
