**The Matchplan**:

- We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Senior People Business Partner at OneFootball to be based in Berlin Build strong relationships, spearhead a performing culture of diversity & inclusion, and make sure collaboration is a top priority for your stakeholders.
- You’ll help strengthen our offering to the business by advising and coaching line managers and bringing your know-how in people topics across the employee lifecycle. Your role will engage with all levels of the organization, from new managers to the C-level, to support our Product and Engineering (aka. Tech) organization in delivering a great people experience and building manager capability. As part of this, your knowledge and hands-on experience in key processes (eg. performance reviews, engagement and culture building, listening mechanisms, issue resolution, etc.) will be at the fore.

**Your position and responsibilities on the pitch**:

- Build trusted relationships with your stakeholders (Line Managers, heads of departments, and their teams) and advise them on effective team collaboration, people management, and culture-related topics.
- Be a culture ambassador and advocate for its adoption across teams, processes, and strategies.
- Manage the development and enhancement of internal processes (e.g. remote work, performance management and salary reviews, job structures, career ladders, restructures) and take charge of the internal communication around them.
- Partner closely with the rest of the People function to deliver a consistent and seamless employee experience and build our workplace culture.
- Advise, influence, and implement initiatives that promote employee engagement to support the People strategy and wider business goals.
- Identify development opportunities, implement learning initiatives, and make sure performance is evaluated and reviewed regularly.
- Advise and coach managers on employee relations issues and make sure they are anticipated and dealt with as they emerge, and in a sensitive and appropriate manner.
- Additionally, advising new managers on legal and regulatory topics which impact their teams, as required.
- Coach your stakeholders and ensure fair and consistent management practices within teams and across the area of business.

**Players profile**:

- You have a strong foundation in HR operations and have worked for 4-7 years in a similar People Experience Partner, HR Business Partner, or HR Generalist role in an international and growing organization.
- You enjoy immersing yourself in the different teams to understand their point of view, support development with empathy, and anticipate scenarios.
- You jump into problems head first and find solutions with creativity, passion, and a strategic mindset.
- You are experienced and confident in basic labor law and regulations with a focus on Germany, and (as a plus) other European jurisdictions.
- You are collaborative, reliable, organized, and solution-oriented.
- You are capable of managing deadlines effectively and handling confidential information.
- You are fluent and comfortable conducting all business in English, German is a plus.
