- During the 2-year programme your time will be spent working at our head office in Slaithwaite gaining experience within the Commercial side of the business working in Sales, Finance and Supply Chain functions. You’ll develop your experience of promotional compliance, pricing, competitor activity, management of brand portfolio including demand planning and forecasting, ownership of budget and preparation of brand plans supporting or leading with exhibitions and sampling events.- You will also have an opportunity to gain exposure to the manufacturing side of our business in our Linthwaite factory working in Quality, Manufacturing Supply Chain and Engineering. The 2nd year of the programme will be tailored to your future career aspirations as well as ensuring that the graduate scheme provides well rounded experience of the whole product lifecycle from innovation to launch stage and beyond with a view to a permanent position at the end of the scheme.**About You**:

- An expected or achieved 2:1 degree in a relevant business, finance, supply chain, science / pharmaceutical focussed discipline
- A passion to learn about the commercial aspect of business and a continuous improvement mindset with the ability to spot and act upon opportunities to improve working practices and processes.
- Excellent numeracy and analytical skills
