The healthcare and life science practice is an entrepreneurial, growing team currently expanding in the German/Swiss market with a specific focus on biotech and pharma clients.**Responsibilities**:
- You advise international customers on challenging & innovative healthcare and life science topics and make a huge contribution in building up ADL´s healthcare & life science business unit
- You will take over the main responsibility for business development activities in acquiring new projects and clients
- You take over the main responsibility for the implementation of projects from kick-off to final result
- You always keep an eye on the satisfaction of our customers and the well-being of your team
- You lead and develop project teams and mentor and coach colleagues in your team
- You work on innovative consulting and R&D topics such as new modalities (ATMPs), biologies, induction or the future of health
**Qualifications**:
- You acquired an excellent university degree in life science/medicine, a finance background would be a plus
- You have longstanding years of experience in a strategic consulting company in a similar role or relevant industry experience in project leadership roles, for example within inhouse consulting
- You possess a strong managerial toolkit and proven track record in successfully executing/managing client projects
- You gained profound leadership experience
- You are experienced in developing and selling solutions to pharma/biotech clients in the DACH region
- You have a relevant emerging network in the life science industry (pharma/biotech market) to the main decision-makers
- You are fluent in English and German
