Für unseren Kunden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Specialist (m/w/d) Life Science and Healthcare Air & Sea Logistic
Ihre Aufgaben:
- Sie sind Ansprechpartner in Sachen Life Science & Healthcare
- Analyse der Qualitätsstandards und des regulatorischen Umfelds sowie Kommunikation und Umsetzung von Optimierungsprozessen
- Validierung der Qualitätsstandarts in allen Niederlassungen
- Durchführung von Schulungen an Mitarbeitenden in allen Spezifikas, sodass diese sicher und gekonnt die besonderen Sendungen abfertigen können
- Unterstützung beim Pricing bei Ausschreibungen und kundenspezifischen Lösungen
- Unterstützung des lokalen Verkaufsteams bei der Vorbereitung auf Kundenterminen
- Verantwortung der intern und extern anfallenden Audits des Bereichs Life Science & Healthcare
Ihr Profil:
- Sie haben eine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann (m/w/d) für Spedition und Logistikdienstleistung erfolgreich absolviert und/oder verfügen über einen BWL Abschluss mit Schwerpunkt Logistik.
- Idealerweise haben Sie mehrjährige operative Erfahrung in der Luftfrachtabteilung einer Spedition gesammelt.
- Ihre professionellen Englischkenntnisse wenden Sie sicher im Tagesgeschäft an
- Mit Ihrem souveränen Auftreten überzeugen Sie bei Präsentationen, sowie bei der Moderation von Workshops und anderen Gesprächsrunden.
- Prozessorientiertes Denken fällt Ihnen leicht. Problemlösungsfähigkeit und eine hohe Qualitätsorientierung sind Ihnen genauso wichtig wie uns.
