Die gleichnamige Produktfamilie "amily" ist ein umfassendes integriertes Management-system für Werbung in Radio, Online Audio, Display und TV. Es erfasst sämtliche Arbeitsabläufe - Verkauf und Werbedisposition, Controlling und Fakturierung - in einem einzigen System. Über 75 Prozent der Werbeumsätze aller privaten Radiosender in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz werden über "amily" erwirtschaftet. Für unseren Standort München oder remote/hybrid suchen wir ab sofort eine/n: **Campaign / Customer Service Professional (m/w/d)** Du bist aufgeschlossen, kommunikativ, analytisch, zeigst Eigen-initiative und kannst Dich im Team engagiert ein bringen. Du verfügst über Berufserfahrung im Bereich Werbedisposition/Campaign Management bei einem Werbevermarkter oder Sender. **Deine Aufgaben** - Du unterstützt unsere Kunden über das Service Desk bezüglich unserer Dispositions - und CRM-Produkte. - Du unterstützt und berätst unsere Kunden bei der Optimierung ihrer Arbeitsabläufe rund um das Thema Werbedisposition und Sales/CRM. - Du unterstützt aktiv das Campaign Management unserer Kunden im klassischen sowie im programmatischen Umfeld. - Du bist interner Ansprechpartner für die Abläufe einer Werbe-disposition. - Du arbeitest an der Freigabe neuer Softwareversionen mit, indem Du die Funktionen auf Herz und Nieren prüfst. **Deine Qualifikationen** - Idealerweise hast Du bereits Erfahrung in der Werbedisposition und/oder im Sales eines Publishers oder Vermarkters und/oder in der Anwendung von Dispositionssystemen und der Werbezeiten-vermarktung (z. B.
