As a People & Culture Assistant (f/m/d), you will play a key role in keeping our processes together. You coordinate our organisational tasks, you are responsible for implementing processes and you act as a point of contact for our team.
That's what you're good at:
- Responsibility for the overall operational applicant management recruiting process, in particular for scheduling and preparing all interviews
- Preparation of employment contracts, certificates and attestations
- Key user of our HRIS program Personio and the associated careful maintenance of our employee master data
- Responsibility for our People & Culture shared mailboxes and maintaining our People & Culture calendar
- Support in the organisation of internal events and in the processing of internal enquiries
- Support in the organisation of job fairs and events as part of Talent Acquisition
- You have initial professional experience in a People & Culture team with similar tasks
- You work with great attention to detail and have an excellent eye for accuracy
- You are familiar with applicant management systems, ideally you have already worked with Recruitee
- You bring a lot of initiative, work in a structured manner and have a great passion for people & culture topics
