We are looking for someone to complement our people&culture team, especially for core HR topics for our German locations. We collaborate with our HR representatives globally.

This involves strategies as well as innovative solutions and concepts thought far into the future.

Being a complementary colleague in our team will give you the opportunity to take over responsibility for different core HR topics, work on our company culture and set new HR standards for our collaboration also within our global network at Porsche.

**WHAT YOU WILL DO**:

- Recruit, evaluate, and hire strong talent for open and potential positions
- Ensure new employees have a seamless transition into the organization by taking over the onboarding and offboarding strategy
- Play an active part in our Employer Branding Team and design and create a Porsche-like working environment
- Ensure the handling of all necessary documents in accordance with data protection, integrity and compliance regulations
- Be the first point of contact regarding Integrity and work at the strategy with specific Porsche AG colleagues

**WHAT YOU BRING ALONG**:

- University degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition
- High ability to adapt when it comes to fast-changing needs
- Experience working with HR Recruiting Tools (e.g. Softgarden)
- Advanced in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and ideally MIRO
- Excellent communication skills, professional attitude, and strong organization skills
- A do-gooder with a hands-on mentality
- Drive to push things forward
- Good sense of humor
