You play a key role in enabling professional users worldwide to replace combustion generators — creating safer workplaces today and a cleaner world tomorrow.

As a Working Student in People & Culture, you support us in crafting an outstanding employee experience and strengthening our company culture. You will gain hands-on insights into core HR processes and actively contribute to projects and initiatives in areas such as onboarding, recruiting, HR administration, and event management.

In this integrated role, your key responsibilities will be to:

- ** Onboarding & HR processes**: You actively shape the onboarding experience for new colleagues — from planning and facilitating the onboarding week to continuously optimizing our processes.
- ** HR administration**: You handle operational tasks in day-to-day HR — from onboarding new employees to maintaining and updating personnel data in Personio and Box.
- ** Contract & document management**: You prepare employment contracts, references, and certificates, ensuring legally compliant and well-organized documentation.
- ** Team & company culture**: You assist with planning and executing internal events, contributing actively to a positive and open company culture.
- Enrolled in a degree program related to Business, Engineering, or Sustainability
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both German and English
- Ability to understand, evaluate, and summarize international reporting standards and regulations
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder needs
- Hands-on mentality with an independent approach to complex tasks
- Proactive in identifying potential challenges and finding solution
