**Job Description**:
Wir betreuen seit über 30 Jahren ein zentrales Forschungssystem für TV- und Videomessung.

Programmplaner von Fernsehsendern, Produzenten von TV-Programmen, Vermarkter sowie Mediaplaner der Markenartikel-Hersteller und Agenturen erhalten von der AGF Videoforschung die Einschaltquoten des Vortags, die die GfK SE im Auftrag der AGF Videoforschung in einem Forschungspanel erhebt.

Zur Unterstützung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort engagierte und motivierte Werkstudenten (m/w/d) im Bereich Media Measurement/Panel Support.

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Software Tests für neue digitale Messlösungen (Router, Apps)
- Unterstützung beim Auf-/Ausbau eines Customer-Relationship-Management-Tools
- Durchführung von Recherchen zur Optimierung der Datenqualität
- Support der Panel-Haushalte per Telefon oder E-Mail
- Postbearbeitung/ E-Mail-Bearbeitung
- Stammdatenpflege inklusive regelmäßiger Plausibilitätsrecherchen über Haushaltsinformationen

Folgende Voraussetzungen bringen Sie mit:

- Interesse an technischen Themen
- Gute Kenntnisse der Office-Programme (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- gründliche und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten
- sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (B2), sowohl mündlich als auch schriftlich.
