**Job Description**:
The overarching theme in the Panel Methods & Quality team and especially for this position is ensuring that state-of-the-art statistical models and calibration techniques are applied to our consumer data. Only then we can deliver valid and useful information to our clients.
- Creating and improving methods and tools, and contribute to best practices in the area of applied statistical sciences/ marketing sciences/ data sciences
- Consistency: Deliver consistent data in all countries (standardized methods and processes), align different data sources
- Presenting statistics/methods/data science expertise at conferences and workshops
- Compliance: Transparent use of scientific methods & valid external sources for data calibration
- Supporting research focused colleagues with data expertise
- Troubleshooting & discussions with client service and clients about data quality issues

Additional requirements:

- Master degree in statistics or related, reflecting strong modeling and other statistical skills
- Knowledge in Spss, R or Python
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience with panel data is advantageous
