For our **GSC E2E Planning & Supply** team in **Hamburg**, we are looking for a **E2E SC Planning Solutions Coordinator** **(M/F/d)**

**The role**

The **E2E SC Planning Solutions Coordinator** is coordinating substantial key tasks within and around Imperial’s SAP APO system in terms of administration (e.g. user authorizations, communication, planning schedules, etc.), master data creation (e.g. locations, products, t-lanes etc.), master data cleansing (‘housekeeping’), and interface related monitoring (CIF, Night Chain). Next to delivering 1st level support to business users, part of the role is to deliver SAP APO related user trainings.

The **E2E SC Planning Solutions Coordinator** is an integral part of the SC Excellence Team and is managing the daily mandatory routine for the operational business in order to safeguard Imperial’s demand, production planning and replenishment planning processes. Therefore, error handling related to the APO job chain, handling user requests in case errors are detected or general user support from a business perspective will be part of his/her daily routine.

He/she needs to understand business processes and particularly have a solid SAP APO planning knowledge to support the business user on daily basis. The **E2E SC Planning Solutions Coordinator** acts as contact between business user, Subject Matter Experts (SME’s)/ Process Managers, IT experts and external service providers to monitor and, if applicable, fix process/ technical issues linked to SC planning and their respective systems.

**What are your major duties?**
- Performing routines in order to secure business critical processes (e.g. interface and job chain monitoring, consistency checks, logístical network maintenance, etc.) incl. error analysis and respective corrections where possible
- Ad hoc and 1st level support for users regarding questions to DP, PP/DS, MPS, SBM or other planning issues for FG, SFG and NTM
- Providing and processing data out of our data warehouse
- Coordination of key tasks within and around Imperial’s SAP APO system
- System administration (e.g. user, communication, planning schedule, etc.)
- Creation and maintenance of SAP APO specific master data (e.g. locations, transportation lanes, location products)
- Data cleansing (‘housekeeping’)
- Close cooperation with global SC functions, Export Operations, Local Planners (Cluster/Factories), DRP & Inventory Planners, DP Planners, Process Managers, Global IT and external IT service provider
- Project support in terms of testing and other activities
- Preparation and delivery of workshops and user trainings with focus on SAP APO

**Who are you?**
- University degree related to informatics, business administration, Supply Chain & Logistics, engineering or equivalent work experience
- Good analytical and conceptual skills
- Delivering tasks in high quality even under time pressure
- Language proficient in English
- Team-player with strong interpersonal skills and intercultural awareness
- Good knowledge in databases (e.g. MS Access etc.) and Excel
- Knowledge in interfaces (e.g. CIF, ESB)
- Knowledge in monitoring tools (e.g. UC4)
