**Talent Operations Support**

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative **Talent Operations Support **to join us in our **Talent & Reward Operations EU **team, based in Monheim, Germany.

**About the role**

As the Talent Operations Support, your primary focus will be to ensure the seamless functioning of operations within our organization by fulfilling all local Human Resources administrative requirements. Your responsibilities will extend across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, encompassing a geographical scope vital to our operational success.

**Who you’ll work with**

You will directly report to the Talent & Reward Operations Lead for Germany and Switzerland, and you will closely collaborate with and provide support to our Talent Operation Liaisons.

**What you’ll do**
- Address employee and manager queries via Human Resources platform and proactively communicate legal and process changes to employees.
- Maintain and update Human Resources platform knowledge base and manage special cases with internal and external experts.
- Handle tasks such as time management and Works Council notifications and assist with contract management and employee benefits.
- Support digitalization of personnel files and provide local reports with analysis supported by the global team.

**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience,** **and **skills.**
- Commercial vocational training as personnel specialist or comparable qualification.
- Human Resources Operations experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel. Digital and IT savvy; familiarity with Human Resources systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility, accuracy, and service orientation.
- Excellent German and English verbal and written communication skills; French is a plus for selective support of Switzerland.
