The Global Competence Center Cement (CCC) is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (f/m/d) to support the knowledge management around technical information at Heidelberg Materials. As part of the team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the documentation of our Expert Groups and ensuring effective knowledge sharing across the organization.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Expert Group Leaders to capture and document their insights, methodologies, and best practices. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in transforming complex technical information into clear and concise documentation. You will also be responsible for organizing and maintaining the knowledge repository, ensuring easy access to valuable resources for employees globally.

As a member of the Global CCC Team, you will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, interacting with colleagues from diverse backgrounds and technical expertise. Your ability to thrive in a collaborative setting and effectively manage documentation will be key to your success.

**Your next challenge**:

- Be a key contact for Expert Group leaders across the Group (Indonesia, Spain, Germany)
- Support the Expert Groups in optimization of documentation requirements and processing
- Publish content to pertinent channels (e.g., SharePoint), and share with colleagues

**Your profile**:

- You study journalism (English), communication studies, and/or engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Automation or Industrial)
- You are available for at least 6 months
- You are a skilled user of MS office suite (MS 365), experience with SharePoint is an advantage
- You are a native English speaker, or exceptionally fluent in written and spoken English
- You build strong and trusting relationships with team members; work collaboratively and cross-functionally to achieve objectives
- You communicate with positivity to motivate, influence, and inspire commitment
- You have excellent time management, are detail-oriented and self-driven
