We are seeking a motivated working student for a Project Assistant to support our team in successfully executing various projects. The Project Assistant will play a crucial role in organizing project activities, coordinating tasks, and ensuring project deadlines are met. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, the Project Assistant will have the responsibility of managing the Program Manager's administrative tasks and providing support as needed.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and maintenance of schedules, including tracking milestones, deliver-ables, and deadlines.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and identify any potential roadblocks or issues.
- Conduct research and prepare project-related documentation, presentations, and progress re-ports.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Manager.

**Your background**:

- You have previous experience in project coordination or a similar role is preferred.
- You are proficient in project management and tasks tracking software and tools.
- You have strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- You are detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- You have a good proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
