**Job Description**:
We are looking for an **Administrator (M/F/d) - Order Processing** to support our EU Strategic Planning & EU Business Operations department located in Eching, near Munich at the earliest possible date.

In this position you will handle all administrative and operational tasks and processes within order processing and will be the interface between production, sales and the customer.
- Handling of Sample orders according to the Quality Management (QM) system and related procedures.
- Process orders in DENSO's own ERP system (AS/400).
- Update / follow-up of customer requirements / information and communication to all related parties.
- Stock control (for sample parts) of related parts.
- Control of Airfreight and Premium Freight costs.
- Track deadlines between order and delivery.
- Support the team in questions regarding international goods traffic.
- Check purchase prices and sales prices.
- Check and control invoicing and support ongoing quality management activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Commercial training or business management background.
- Experience in order processing.
- Logistical knowledge and experience with Incoterms desirable.
- Experience in dealing with customers (telephone, E-Mail).
- High service orientation.
- Reliable, independent, and proactive way of working.
- Very good written and spoken German and English skills, both written and spoken (business language is English).
- Very good MS Office skills.
