**Job Description**:
As **Administrator (M/F/d) - Debtor Control** within the department EU Business Operations, you will support your team on following tasks:

- Tracking and controlling of open differences in excel lists and ERP-System
- Follow up and communication with internal and external customers
- Prepare documentation for invoice writing
- Prepare monthly debtor report
- Support on all arising tasks within the team

**Qualifications**:

- Commercial education or a comparable qualification
- Knowledge of finance is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
- Reliable, structured, independent and proactive way of working
- Intercultural competence and ability to work in a team
- Very good written and spoken German and English (business language is English)
