**Job Description**:
As an intern/working student (M/F/d) in our HR department, you will have the opportunity to gain an insight into general HR tasks and fields of activity such as recruiting, personnel development, global mobility, employee integration and training.

In detail you will support us in:

- the coordination of training measures at our DENSO locations,
- Expatriate management issues with a focus on Japanese Affairs (support of expatriates during their stay in Germany and assistance with various issues),
- the implementation of the monthly orientation day as well as the integration of new employees,
- and administrative tasks (certificate preparation, mail processing, contract preparation and many more).

**Qualifications**:

- You are studying economics or social sciences and would like to get to know the processes and structures of an HR department,
- You are committed and have a quick grasp of the situation so that you can support us with creative solutions for projects,
- Reliability and accuracy describe your working style, which you can demonstrate when dealing with different requests,
- You use your ability to work in a team to support us in HR,
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English in order to be able to communicate with our employees from all parts of the world (our company language is English),
- You are proficient in using standard MS Office programs to create documents and presentations,
- You have a class B driver's license with driving experience in order to support our employees during visits to the authorities.
