Chief Financial Officer

**Your mission**:
At **MeinAuto & Mobility Concept Group**, we are shaping the future of mobility and leasing services. To strengthen our leadership team, we are seeking a highly skilled **Chief Financial Officer (CFO)**. Based primarily at our headquarters in **Oberhaching**, with occasional business travel to **Cologne**, you will take a central role in guiding the financial strategy of two dynamic companies, overseeing credit decisions, and ensuring sustainable growth - all within a collaborative and innovative environment.

**Your Role**:
As CFO, you will play a central role in guiding the financial health and strategic direction of both companies. You will be responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, and supporting business growth - while empowering your team and making impactful decisions every day.

**Your Responsibilities**:

- ** Financial Strategy**: Develop and implement the overall financial strategy for both companies
- ** Core Finance Functions**: Lead accounting, controlling, and financial reporting activities
- ** Planning & Forecasting**: Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling
- ** Liquidity & Stability**: Oversee cash flow, liquidity management, and capital allocation
- ** Credit Decisions**: Take ownership of credit decision-making and portfolio risk management
- ** Risk & Controls**: Establish and maintain strong risk management and internal control systems
- ** Stakeholder Management**: Negotiate with banks, investors, and external partners
- ** Collaboration**: Work closely with operational teams to align financial and business objectives

**Your profile**:

- Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Several years of senior financial leadership experience in a **leasing company**, including a valid **BaFin license**
- Proven expertise in accounting standards (HGB, IFRS)
- Strong analytical skills and exceptional financial acumen
- Solid experience in **credit decision-making** and portfolio management
- Proficiency in building financial models and forecasts
- Excellent command of German and English (spoken and written)
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams
- (Optional) Knowledge of vehicle value developments - advantageous but not required
