**The Position**:
We are seeking a passionate bilingual (English & Italian/French) Senior Marketing Specialist to join OpenTable's global marketing team to support B2B and B2C marketing efforts in the EMEA region. We are looking for a creative marketer to own campaign management and focus on driving brand awareness and commercial growth across both B2B and B2C sectors in some of our key growth markets. This role offers the opportunity to help implement a world-class marketing strategy for the world's leading restaurant reservations provider. **In this role, you will**:

- Be responsible for creating and creating marketing campaigns across EMEA markets, in order to drive brand awareness, diner acquisition, and reservations through B2C marketing activities, as well as lead generation and restaurant retention through B2B marketing activities
- Report directly to the Marketing Manager (Germany & EMEA Growth Markets) and support the marketing team across the EMEA region in their growth marketing efforts
- Responsible for end-to-end management of campaigns and seasonal activations, from developing briefs and content ideation to setting up multi-channel media plans, making sure campaigns are executed within scope and the agreed timelines, and managing campaign reporting
- Manage and track performance using metrics and analytics, making recommendations and adapting marketing plans and media strategies to incorporate best practices and key findings for future campaigns
- Update and manage OpenTable web pages and blogs using CMS platform
- Work closely with local sales & account management teams to provide marketing support for restaurants
- Work with local partners to create social media plans to support campaigns, including third parties and influencers, as well as with external agencies on local marketing, advertising, and PR initiatives
- Support the Marketing Manager across third party brand partnerships, including identifying new opportunities, nurturing existing relationships, partner management, agreements and campaign reporting
- Bachelor's degree
- 5+ years of marketing experience
- Strong writing and verbal skills - fluent in English and one additional European language (Italian or French)
- Passion for the restaurant business and hospitality, familiarity with the dining scene and restaurant industry in various European markets is a plus
- Experience working on projects across multiple markets and with various team members aross the business
- Strong background in digital marketing, experience in CMS (Wordpress) preferred
- Experience in media planning and campaign optimization, media agency experience is a plus
- Expert analytical skills and ability to use data to build marketing campaigns
- Exceptional project management skills, including an ability to take inputs from a variety of internal and external sources and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Comfortable with a wide variety of technologies and ability to learn new tools quickly
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized with the ability to identify and troubleshoot inefficient, unreliable processes
