Your tasks

We are looking for you, a Head of Production - Executive (M/F/diverse), to support our area Safety and Motion at the location Rheinböllen.

Your tasks will focus on the following activities:

- Ensuring on-time, qualitative and quantitative production and delivery of products (brakes) to the customer at the right cost in a safe environment
- Driving transformational and organizational changes within the Production Department to support and ensure ramp-up of manufacturing for autonomous mobile robots (AMR)
- Leading transformation and restructuring to ensure motiviation and high performance culture in serial brake production and to ensure support AMR ramp-up
- Building, developing and coaching of a diverse team
- Ensuring efficient communication with stakeholders (e.g. senior managemnt, working council) and functions to enable transformation
- Driving ESH activities in workplace following the regulation and safety standard
- Ensuring the quality of processes and products and supporting internal and external audits
- Planning and controlling of costs and resources
- Reducing production expenses by optimizing material management and driving continuous improvement of processes

**Profile**:

- Academic degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a comparable qualification
- Experiences in leading and driving transformation
- Long-term leadership experience with various teams
- Knowledge of production related technologies, systems, infrastructures, standards and processes
- Project management skills, tools and techniques
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively in German and English with all stakeholders
- Strong personal and social skills and competencies (teamwork, people development, conflict management, open-mindness, networking, hands-on, resilience)
