In this role you will represent Kimberly-Clark to the clients, by providing excellent customer service. You will Ensure that all consumer contacts are handled effectively, efficiently, and promptly to promote consumer satisfaction and to promote Kimberly-Clark products and services. You will ensure all Regulatory and GDPR processes are adhered to.

**To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications**:

- Fluent in English, German and 1 extra language (either French, Arabic or Dutch) / written and spoken.
- Have a stable, private, and secure internet connection for work at a quiet home set-up.
- Ability to work and to stay calm under varying degrees of pressure.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written skills, and telephone manner.
- The drive to provide world class customer & consumer service.
- Ensure that all consumer contacts are handled effectively, efficiently, and promptly to promote consumer satisfaction and to promote Kimberly-Clark products and services.
