Go beyond cost savings—deliver strategic value by aligning sourcing decisions with innovation, digital transformation, and evolving business needs.High-Level Procurement ExecutionLead contract negotiations and framework agreements with top-tier vendors (e.g., Accenture, Capgemini, PWC, EPAM, SoftServe, Microsoft Azure, OVHCloud, IONOS, AWS, Google, SThree, Equinix, Digital Realty etc.). Oversee regional consolidation and optimization initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate transformation, finance, IT, and procurement strategies.Cross-Functional PartnershipCollaborate closely with internal teams across Finance, HR, Marketing, Product Management, and Sales. Ensure procurement initiatives are fully integrated with broader business objectives through agile, strategic alignment.Supplier & Contract ManagementCultivate strong, strategic supplier partnerships. Oversee the entire source-to-contract lifecycle and negotiate high-impact contracts that deliver long-term value and foster trusted, mutually beneficial relationships.What You Bring to the TableProven ExperienceMinimum of 5 years in professional services procurement, ideally within a global matrix environment. Solid track record in cross-functional, international project leadership.Expert NegotiatorDemonstrated success leading large-scale contract negotiations with leading service providers such as Microsoft, Accenture, Capgemini & Equinix. Skilled in delivering value-driven outcomes on strategic initiatives.Strategic CollaboratorAssertive and solution-focused, with the ability to independently engage and influence internal stakeholders daily. You thrive in driving global procurement strategy with measurable impact.Education & LanguagesDegree in Business Administration, Procurement, or a related field. Fluency in English and upper-intermediate German required, with a willingness to further improve language skills. Additional languages are a plus.Skills & MindsetStrong analytical abilities, advanced MS Office proficiency, and familiarity with procurement systems.
