**About the role**:
The **working student** will assist the Consumer Care Team in their daily operations. This role will be available for **6 months**, based in Heidelberg (Germany) as part of a global team.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support Call Center Representatives
- Be the interface between Call Center and the internal Reckitt Teams (all over Europe)
- Gather information for consumer queries and forward queries related to other departments internally
- Gather product updates from markets within the region
- Support daily team operations
- Sort and open workload (letters, products)
- Ensure product master data is updated in Consumer Care system
- Give accurate, timely and appropriate feedback on issues to the direct manager
- Handle special projects and tasks as required by Management

As we aim for the best possible consumer experience for our products, we're looking for a person who has **strong communication skills** combined with **friendly and polite manners** (towards both consumers and internal colleagues).

- Native-level **fluency in German** (spoken and written) is a must-have
- Fluency in English
- Independent and self-organized working style
