**Ihre Aufgaben**:

- Oversee administrative duties related to research projects
- Support the Scientific Director, Clinical Development Manager and principal investigators to prepare the clinical research proposal and facilitates consideration by the Research Device Panel / Board
- Understand research protocols and study goals from the collaborating organizations
- Verify compliance with regulations
- Assist the clinical and scientific team with the preparation, handling, distribution, filing, and archiving of research documentation and reports according to the scope of work and standard operating procedures
- Prepare budgets according to research needs and organizes grants accordingly
- Collect and organize research data
- Perform daily administrative activities, in conjunction with the Clinical Development, Regulatory and R&D teams, to ensure a complete and accurate records
- Assist with periodic review of project files for completeness
- Act as a central contact for the clinical and scientific team for designated project communications, correspondence and associated documentation

**Ihre Qualifikationen**:

- University degree in life sciences, or an apprenticeship in life science, or office management plus administrative experience, preferably in the medical field
- Effective communication, organizational and planning skills
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex problems using non-technical terms
- In-depth understanding of modern database and information technologies
- Excellent math, problem-solving, and analytical skills
