The Solution Director will ensure that prospects and clients are matched with tailored solutions to fit their business and technical requirements that will ensure solid integration with Emarsys acting as the conduit between business and technology. Working collaboratively with Emarsys’ Sales, Client Success & Technical departments, the Solutions Director will gather and analyze client requirements and provide professionally designed solutions to ensure a smooth contract signature process and together with Project Management will ensure a swift and smooth delivery of agreed services.

This client facing role is expected to mentor other Solutions and will seamlessly combine creative thinking and commercial awareness to successfully agree with the prospect/client on services to be provided, while collaborating in post-sales activities to provide a world class experience to our clients throughout the implementation process.
**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Develop customised presentations and demonstrations to prove the solutions business value to the client
- Conducts necessary testing and validation
- 3rd party integration review (e.g., with MS Dynamics, Salesforce, Magento)
- Take ownership of the data integration architecture review
- Leading customer-facing engagements: may work directly with client to understand their business needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Conducting solution assessments: may assess existing solutions and architectures to identify areas for improvement and recommend changes.
- Creating solution designs: may design and develop solutions that meet customer requirements and align with best practices and industry standards.
- Collaborating with sales teams: may work closely with sales teams in the region to develop proposals and presentations that demonstrate the value of the solution being offered.
- Providing technical guidance: may provide technical guidance and support to client and internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of the solution.
- Staying up to date with industry trends: must stay up to date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the solutions they recommend are innovative and competitive.
- Produce Handover documents to assist Project Management to translate technical objectives/deliverables to a project plan.
- Align to C-level stakeholders in a peer relationship built on trust and credibility
- Impart industry knowledge at an academic and deep domain level
- Champion and develop innovative presentation and selling techniques influencing sales strategy.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Someone with either proven management experience, or someone ready to make that jump into management.
- A positive attitude and the drive to push forward and motivate your team.
- Have 5+ years’ experience in a presale's capacity ideally with a SaaS (Software as a Service) Provider.
- Extensive experience in SaaS Solutions technology (data, integrations, design, deliverability)
- Expertise in customer engagement software: A deep understanding of the customer engagement software landscape and the ability to articulate how the company's solutions can meet the customer's needs.
- Technical proficiency: A strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders, including executives, technical teams, and business users.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills: The ability to analyse complex problems and provide effective solutions.
- Willingness to travel
- Deep knowledge of the online and retail CX marketing space
- Hands on knowledge of database structure and software architecture.
- HTML, PHP,MYSQL is an added advantage
- English is a prerequisite
