The role includes the full scope of HR Generalist activities applied to the population employed by A2MAC1 GmbH in Germany to support business and operational strategies and objectives, by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee/industrial relations and HR policies, programs, and practices in alignment with local law and Group policies.
The role is a key player in enhancing company and division culture as well as employee engagement.

HR Strategy and Planning:*
- Maintain an in-depth knowledge and understanding of country’s business needs to develop a proper vision of the country HR specifics and define strategies and action plans accordinglyin coordination with Group guidelines

Contribute and act as a key member of country’s Management team:*
- Contribute in a manner that supports achieving overall business and organizational objectives ahead of individual or team goals.
- Manage and deploy key internal initiatives with a view to developing employee engagement.

**Provides analytical support to decision making**:

- Act as a facilitator and coach for country’s management team, providing feedback and support to peers and Managing Director.

**Country owner of all HR processes**:

- Implement and coordinate policies and procedures related to recruitment, employment, labor relations, wage and benefit administration, safety, worker’s compensation and training.
- Manage Compliance with the local regulations and the Group standards in areas of employment & labor laws, compensation and benefits, labor relations.
- Play a leading role in the preparation of the monthly payroll.
- Ensure on time / with quality completion with her/his team of HR Administration and Payroll.
- Guarantee all data are 100% correct and updated timely on HR Tools and Systems as required

**Industrial Relations**:

- Potentially help employees and management with work council should it occurred.

**Requirements**:
**Professional Background**
- Bachelor’s degree, Human Resources management or relevant;
- 6-8 years’ experience as HR Manager/ Business Partner.

**Skills & Abilities**
- Familiar with HR Generalist functions.
- Well understanding of Labor Law and local personnel and labor regulations.
- Must be computer literate i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experienced in Employee/Industrial Relations (ER/IR)
- Job Soft skills
- Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
- Mature, independent, high sense of responsibilities.
- Collaborate and open minded to be a team player.
- Good at learning and adapting to a new and changing environment.
- Organization skills
- Ability to challenge with composure and constructive mindset

- Good command of English in writing and speaking.

**Salary**: 80,000.00€ - 90,000.00€ per year
