**HR Business Partner (f/m/d)**
Focus will be on
- Partner with people managers across all levels to identify and address HR-related needs, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives
- Provide expert advice and guidance to line managers on HR-related matters such as performance management, employee relations, compensation, and benefits
- Close collaboration with German works council on individual people matters as well as collective initiatives
- Manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures
- Deploy global HR initiatives with local CoE colleagues that support the achievement of organizational goals and objectives, including workforce planning, talent management and succession planning
- Strong contributor for culture development in organization
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to the leaders on employee engagement, retention, and turnover
- Sparring with leaders on employee development and training initiatives to enhance organizational capability and employee engagement
- Ensure compliance with local and federal employment laws and regulations
- Support the HR Operations team with administrative tasks, as needed
Qualification requires
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on business partnering
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR strategies/initiatives/processes that align with organizational goals and objectives
- Strong knowledge of German employment laws and regulations
- Good track record to enable leaders for performance management
- Passion to contribute to on development of high performance culture and culture of motivation & satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships at all levels of the organization
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to analyze HR metrics and provide insights to people managers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering results and driving employee engagement
- Mindset of “helping each other” across all functions within local HR team
- Business Fluent in German and English
