- Execution and evaluation of Quality control tests in the area of Li-Ion cell production
- Participation in planning of laboratory/ test processes, test methods
- Introduction of measurement and test systems for laboratories & off-line quality tests
- Professional Quality measurement documentation
- Management of test equipment: monitoring, maintenance, calibration and release of test and measurement equipment.
- Cross-functional cooperation with production, quality and development.
- Participation in problem solving and continuous improvement projects
- Support for the organization and operation of quality laboratories
**Qualifications

- A degree in the natural sciences, completed training as a chemical or physics laboratory technician or practical professional experience as a measurement technician in a QC testing laboratory.
- Professional experience in the field of analytical chemistry, quality control, measurement and testing technology
- Familiar with measurement methods (tactile, non-tactile, chemical, optical) as well as Quality data collection, evaluation, processing and reporting
- Knowledge of automotive core tools (MSA, SPC) is desirable
- Sample preparation techniques are familiar to you as well as the handling of laboratory data systems
- Experience in the field of Li-ion cells is desirable
- Good technological grasp of options for development and interpretation of results
- Ability to deal with high, changing and different requirements
- Strong communication skills, ability to deal with conflicts, openness and interest in making a difference with the team
- Willingness for occasional business trips
- German and English spoken and written
