Responsibilities include

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Develop and implement new lab processes and test methods.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for problem-solving and improvements.
- Maintain precise quality measurement records.
- Oversee equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Support lab operations in a dynamic environment.
- Execute quality control tests for cutting-edge battery technology.

**Requirements**:
**What you bring to the table**:

- Preferred experience in battery technology.
- Familiarity with sample preparation and lab data systems.
- Proficiency in various measurement methods and data analysis.
- Expertise in analytical chemistry, quality control, and testing technology.
- Strong communication and adaptability skills.
- Willingness to travel occasionally.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written German and English.
- Background in natural sciences, chemical or physics lab tech, or measurement tech.
- Knowledge of automotive core tools (MSA, SPC) is a plus.
