Tasks
**What you build together with us**:
- Own the Customer Success support role in the DACH market, by establishing a trusting relationship with customers ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- You will provide prompt and accurate information to customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
- Escalate complex issues to higher-level or cross-functional support teams at SIDES
- Document customer interactions and resolution in a clear and concise structure
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfactionContribute to the continuous improvement of support processes
**Requirements**:
**What you add to our team**:
- You have a minimum of 1+ year experience in supporting and consulting B2B customers - ideally in a SaaS-based company or similar
- You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship or have initial experience in customer care, technical support or account management
- Good track record of reaching and exceeding business targets
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with a pragmatic approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- High level of customer experience and customer-centric attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English, other European languages are welcome
