**Job Description**:
**MS Business Finance**

The MS Business Finance function consists of approx. 30 FTEs across different functions. This organization was brought together in Q3 2019 across the Nordics and DACH with the aim to deliver distinctive business insight and controlling. The Controlling function is an instrumental part of MS Finance to support delivery of the strategy in the following four key areas:

- Increasing the financial and commercial insight into revenue management (front-book, back-book, churn vs. market potential with 360 degrees customer view) to provide insights for decision making, challenge the business accordingly on ambitions and opportunities, drive accountability for the results and carefully review outcomes
- Ensuring effective cost management in MS and that we capture scale benefits in our pan-European operating model. Thus, controlling supports with tracking of cost development by each business owner and cost driver to ensure results, but also taking leadership in identifying and converting new cost and efficiency opportunities into P&L impact
- Finally, as MS will continue to be active in M&A the Controlling team will support on both business plans and integration of Finance functions from acquired companies

**Head of Business Intelligence & Data**

The Head of Business Intelligence & Data is responsible for defining and executing the Business Intelligence strategy on financial and performance reporting and planning for Nets Merchant Services (MS). In this role you own the MS financial data model on detailed revenue information and related drivers as well as related reporting tools to deliver consolidated financial reporting. The key objective over the next 12 months will be to lead the initiative to transform the current BI capabilities and setup into a new MS wide European Finance Datawarehouse to deliver timely insight on growth and revenue drives in a robust and efficient setup.

You will be working together with the busines and controlling teams to maintain, develop and deliver reports and dashboards for stakeholders in senior management, commercial units and group functions. You will ensure that your team enables complex deep dive analyses, ad hoc analyses for senior management and other stakeholders such as external reporting and for M&A projects. You will be reporting to the Head of Business Finance. In this role you are responsible for transforming Merchant Services into a business that differentiates and competes on data driven insight and analytics; enabling the business to optimise their strategic decision-making to deliver revenue growth.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead the initiative to transform our current BI capabilities into a new MS wide European datawarehouse using a new cloud-based infrastructure
- Maintain, improve and deliver figures and tables for the monthly detailed financial reporting
- Build a Business Intelligence roadmap to expand capabilities to deliver accelerated growth across the business areas
- Align data and reporting requirements and priorities with stakeholders in senior management and commercial units
- Influence key stakeholders to accept and adopt ideas and analytical solutions
- Lead a smaller team of data analysts and data engineers
- Own current two regional datawarehouses and ensure data quality, timely availability of data and plan transition into new MS wide datawarehouse
- Ensure regular and frequent release of new self-service reporting capabilities to the key business areas

- Deep functional knowledge and experience in BI meaning 10+ years of relevant experience with a minimum of 4 years as a senior BI leader from the finance domain
- Demonstrated leadership skills, especially ability to influence and lead change in cross-functional teams
