The working student will support both the Finance and Strategic Analysis & Intelligence teams of Qontigo.

These teams ensure transparency regarding both external (market) performance in markets in which Qontigo participates, as well as internal (business) performance of, for example, growth initiatives. They contribute to the strategic planning and overall equity story of Qontigo. They enable business planning and priority setting, provide market intelligence and reporting, as well as support for the needs of the wider business in form of business analysis.

**Responsibilities**:
As a student, you will have the opportunity to meet and experience both the work of Finance and Strategic Analysis & Intelligence teams in Qontigo. The main responsibilities are as follow:

- Financial forecasting and planning: Support FP&A team on monthly and quartely recurring reporting and financial forecasting and planning related topics
- Market intelligence recurring reporting: Support the Market Intelligence team in updating important analyses in form of Excel and Power Point reports, as well as Microsoft Power BI Dashboards
- Business strategy support: Support business planning in the form of research and analysis of markets and helping create appropriate models to forecast the potential of business initiatives
- Ad-hoc requests: Support to run ad-hoc market analysis for senior stakeholders
- Individual focus of activities will be tailored to specific requirements during time of the contract, as well as experience and focus of the student

Qualifications:

- The working student must be enrolled in an officially recognized academic program throughout the internship duration. Pursuring a degree in Business Administration / Finance / Marketing / Economics (Master's degrees are preferred)
- Availability to work 20 hours per week for at least one year
- Commitment, self-motivation, ability to work independently, well-organized, high level of accuracy
- Eagerness to learn, to take on responsibilities as well as intellectual curiosity and initiative
- Highly interested in financial reporting and business strategy development
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- First practical experience in financial reporting and asset management would be an advantage
