Are you passionate about working to prevent dangerous climate change, halt deforestation and champion water security? CDP is seeking a dedicated, mission-driven Team Leader to join the Accredited Solutions Provider (ASP) team at CDP. By joining CDP, you will be welcomed into a dynamic, internationally respected and globally represented NGO with opportunities for professional development. In this varied role, you will be based in either CDP’s London or Berlin offices and will manage the EMEA ASP team. You will play a key role in growing, developing and delivering the ASP program across the EMEA region.

**About CDP**

**Key responsibilities include**:
**Management**
- Line managing direct reports and overall resource planning for the EMEA ASP team (comprised of 5 FTE staff);
- Account management of highest value accredited solutions providers in the region;

**Strategy & Budget**
- Responsible for achieving annual EMEA revenue target (approx. $2m) and related KPIs;
- Work with Head of Accredited Solutions Providers to develop annual operational plan and budget for the EMEA ASP team.

**Innovation**
- Serve as a senior member of the global ASP team, working with global counterparts to explore synergies and coordinate on relevant decision making, processes and communications.

**Required skills and experience**
- Experience of managing a team and delivering revenue growth;
- Excellent account management and written and verbal communication skills;
- A good team player with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues around the world, across multiple teams and time-zones;
- Ability to multitask and juggle projects simultaneously, with a very high level of organisation and attention to detail;
- Excellent MS Office Suite skills (Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.);
- Knowledge in issues related to the climate change, sustainability, environmental, and corporate social responsibility space;
- Additional language skills a bonus;
- A passion to contribute to CDP’s mission, and the desire to help scale a program and continually innovate.

This is a full-time role based at CDP’s London or Berlin offices, reporting to the Head of Accredited Solutions Providers.
