**In short**:
Due to propelling growth in our Direct To Consumer (DTC) business, we are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketplace Lead to join our growing team. As the Digital Marketplace Lead, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic sales initiatives on various digital marketplaces. Your primary focus will be expanding our customer base, increasing sales volume, and maximizing profitability within the digital marketplaces space.

**Your Mission**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive end-to-end sales strategy to drive revenue growth on digital marketplaces
- Build the marketplace team from scratch, fostering a positive and collaborative team environment, encouraging knowledge sharing, open communication, and continuous learning
- Identify and prioritize the pipeline of right digital marketplaces to reach our target communities in EMEA
- Build and maintain strong external stakeholder relationships with our marketplace partners on a functional daily business and strategic level
- Monitor marketplace consumer trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth within existing and new platforms
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and campaigns
- Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the leadership team, highlighting progress, challenges, and maintaining a solution-focused mentality
- Conduct data analysis within the platform to identify customer needs, preferences, and pain points, and translate those insights into actions
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies related to digital marketplaces and e-commerce

**Your story**:

- You have 4-6 years of hands-on experience within the digital marketplace industry, your key skills are e-commerce trading, digital marketing and sales strategy
- You have practical and functional experience specific to EMEA digital marketplaces, including at least one or a mix of Zalando, AboutYou, ASOS, Farfetch, YNAP or similar
- You have a strong generalist understanding of digital marketplaces, their functionalities, including driving sales and brand building
- You have an innate understanding of digital customer behavior, product lifecycle, market trends and how seasonality can impact product portfolio efficiency
- You have excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- You have an analytical mindset with ability to work with large datasets
- You approach challenges & opportunities with curiosity, implementing creative, action-oriented solutions
- You have strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
