Through data and customer insights, we design a plan that ensures a holistic customer experience from communication with our customer to our membership program.

**Job Description**:
As a Connection Planner Coordinator, you are responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to connect with target audiences effectively across the full customer journey, based on the relationship phases and all paid, owned and earned channels.

**Your main responsibilities include**:
You receive in-depth research to identify the target audience's preferences, behaviour, and communication needs and translate them into holistic communication plans across all relevant touchpoints.
You create detailed customer strategies and plans across the full consumer journey across all relationship phases for the region and its sales markets, considering the regional strategies and goals.
You coordinate all paid, owned and earned channels, ensuring a cohesive and impactful brand message, and translate it into the One Plan activities, working against the regional strategies and goals.
You assure a seamless and consistent brand experience across all touchpoints, whether online or in-store, to create a unified consumer journey across the relationship phases. This includes the selection of channels (digital, social media, print, in-store, etc.) and the messaging framework.
You work closely with the global Connection Planning team to ensure strategy and planning aligns. You are also highly aligned with internal teams such as media, PR and content operations teams as well as the omni sales team to ensure alignment of messaging and a cohensive plan.
You design and drive a meaningful KPIs monitoring and regularly evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts. You also make data-drive adjustments to improve results and deliver performance results to the Omni Sales Team on a regular basis.

**Skills & Experience**:
Knowledge, skills and interest in business and customer marketing
Experience in a marketing/media/comms planning role
Expertise in media planning, media strategy, media channels as well as content strategy
Strong experience in measuring, understanding and managing marketing KPI
Strong data management skills - analytical, structured, ability to synthesize information and draw conclusions
Strong strategic and holistic thinking, with the ability to transform into plans and execution
Leadership capabilities and communicational skills to get your message across Media Planning and media strategy
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Additional Information

This is a full-time position and will be based in Region Central Europe, preferably based in Hamburg.
