As a coordinator for technical change management, the job holder will take on the following tasks:

- Structuring, planning, coordination of the processing of change requests - coordination of open CR measures across disciplines and departments.
- Tool (Sharepoint) continuous documentation and training.
- Problem reporting and improvement measures for digital CR improvement.
- change process flow and lead time.
- Processing Change Request Backlog.
- MRB Systematization and optimization of throughput necessity and time.

**Language Requirements**:

- German at least business fluent.
- English at least experienced.

**Education Requirements**:

- Successfully completed engineering studies or a comparable degree.

**Experience**:

- MS Office at least knowledge of detailed functions.
- Professional experience in the areas of change management, project work and process development is desirable

**Additional qualifications**:

- In your field of activity, you act with a high degree of independence and personal responsibility.
- Your personal strengths include very good communication and conflict management skills, sociability, strong evaluation and decision-making skills, and the ability to delegate.

Pay: 270,00€ - 280,00€ per day
