We are expanding our teams in the aerospace sector to take on Galileo related projects and are seeking a Product Assurance (PA) Engineer to support quality and assurance activities within the program.

WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON?

In our team, you will ensure compliance with customer and internal quality requirements, support maintenance processes across Ground and Space Segments, and contribute to continuous process improvement and reporting.

Your main tasks will be:

Document Delivery Control:

• Ensure PA control of document deliveries to Galileo customers.
  Manage and monitor the document delivery process in line with established standards and schedules.

Maintenance and Problem Management Support:

• Provide PA support for Ground and Space Segment maintenance activities.
• Participate in anomaly and problem resolution processes and coordination meetings.

Maintenance Support:

• Prepare and participate in pre-shipment reviews, QSPRs (Quality and Safety Progress Reviews), and internal and external audits.
• Ensure quality documentation, traceability, and verification across all maintenance activities.

Reporting and Data Analysis:

• Prepare regular PA reports, assessments, and statistics related to anomalies and observation tickets.

• Identify trends, risks, and areas for improvement through systematic data evaluation.

• Process Improvement:

• Contribute to the definition, documentation, and enhancement of PA processes.

• Support the implementation of best practices to improve quality, reliability, and compliance across systems and interfaces.

WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM?

We are looking for graduates in Aerospace Engineering, Quality Management or a related technical field with experience in product assurance, quality engineering or configuration management (preferred in the aerospace sector).

• Knowledge of ECSS standards or similar quality frameworks is an asset.
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing responsibilities independently within structured processes.
• An advanced level of English is mandatory.

We will also value previous experience, and knowledge in:

• Experience with Galileo Mission segment.
• Experience with Space Operations.
